Holder replacement, 3D printed
The handle is weak and can break very easily. We use this device mainly for cheese on pasta or other Italian and Mexican food. For an improved replacement we propose to 3D print this holder with 50% filling.

Below a picture of the device, the defect handle and it’s 3D printed replacement.
Advise is to replace the
- handle by a 3D printed one (download files from this page)
- 1.6*20*25mm spring (length = 25mm spring diameter = 20mm 5-6 windings) in the device foot by a stainless steel one (see picture below)
- 12mm circlip inside the handle for a stainless steel one.
Kind of unhygienic these rusty pieces with your food. This also holds for the cutting drums.
The plastic on the cutting drums come off because of very bad quality. Besides the bad quality also food can remain between the plastic parts and the metal drum. You can take the plastic off, you don’t need these.
